The ever-popular Halloween Scare Maze is set to make a triumphant comeback at South Barrule this month.
Taking place next week (October, Monday 26, Wednesday 28 and Thursday 29), organisers promise terrifying surprises, plenty of screams and an experience designed to test your courage.
The news comes after South Barrule Forest Park were left £50,000 out of pocket when their ticketing provider went into liquidation the day after their 2025 event, thus forcing the cancellation of their festive Santa’s Grotto.
Despite this, owner Carl Underwood said: “Our enthusiasm for creating unforgettable events has returned stronger than ever.
“This year, we’re working with a new ticketing company and are fully focused on delivering yet another fantastic Halloween event.”
He added: “Our message is simple: “We are not scared!!” However, we can’t promise the same for you!”
