Peter Hickman and Davey Todd will race for a new team, 8TEN Racing, at this year’s TT.
Motor Cycle News has reported that FHO will continue in BSB with a one-man team having signed 2024 IDM Superbike champion Ilya Mikhalchik.
BMW Motorrad UK has said that Hickman, the fastest man round the course and Todd, the reigning Senior TT winner, will ride fully-supported M 1000 RR machinery.
It added: “The pair will compete in both British Superbikes and Road Racing campaigns, as both riders look to continue their recent successes on board the M 1000 RR.”
The official team announcement of 8TEN Racing is expected to be on February 26.
MCN said it “understands it will be made up predominantly of previous FHO Racing mechanics and crew chiefs”.
Todd was previously announced to have joined Hickman at FHO Racing BMW Motorrad in November.
