Skydive IOM says it has reached a major milestone in its launch plans, with the paperwork for its opening now agreed in principle and the final approval stages underway.
The team has pencilled in July 13 to 15 as its planned opening dates, subject to remaining sign‑offs, including the formal British Skydiving approval process, which is currently in progress.
The exact Isle of Man location is still to be confirmed.
If approved, the launch would give islanders the chance to experience tandem skydives with views across the island from above.
Skydive IOM thanked those who have been waiting for updates and offering support, saying the encouragement “means a lot”.
Full booking details will be released once final approvals are complete.
