Kerroo Gets Governor Seal of Approval

The Lieutenant Governor has been down in Port Erin enjoying the delicacies of Kerroo Brewing Company.

Sir John Lorimer met with brewery co-founders, Nick Scarffe and Elizabeth Townsend, along with their family and the brewing team.

During his visit the Governor was given a behind-the-scenes tour of the brewery and taproom at the premises.

Seal of Approval

Founded in 2024, the independent microbrewery crafts unique, small-batch beers using locally foraged ingredients.

The combination of art and science is at the heart of their innovative brewing process.

Nick, a former accountant, and his father John, a retired police officer, have come together with a shared passion to create exciting new brews for the community to enjoy.

His Excellency found the visit both enjoyable and informative, and was captivated by the brewing process and the plans Nick and Elizabeth have for the future.
