Kiki Lounge has been crowned Bar of the Year 2024 at the Spirits Business Awards.
Competing against globally renowned venues such as Side Hustle, American Bar, and Kavalierbar Wagemut, the Douglas bar blew away the competition.
This accolade follows a momentous year for Kiki Lounge, which was also awarded a 1 PIN rating by The Pinnacle Guide in May 2024, recognising its excellence on the international stage.
Additionally, Kiki Lounge is also a finalist for Sustainable Bar of the Year at the upcoming UK Top 50 Cocktail Bars Awards 2025, with results set to be announced on February 11 2025.
Roots
The win comes as Kiki Lounge celebrates its one-year anniversary at North Quay and four years since its founding.
Drew Fleming, co-founder of Kiki Lounge, reflected on the bar’s local roots: “This award is not just for Kiki Lounge—it’s for the Isle of Man. We’ve always been driven by a love for our community, and being able to showcase the incredible talent, creativity, and passion that exists here is what makes this win so special. It’s a reminder that even small islands can make a big impact when you have the right people behind you.”
Joining Jamie Lewis and Drew Fleming at the ceremony were representatives from Visit Isle of Man, Foraging Vintners, and Outlier Distilling Company, highlighting the collaborative spirit and dedication to sustainability that defines Kiki Lounge.
Tourism
The event was also attended by travel, tourism, and drinks industry journalists, alongside industry experts who have supported Kiki Lounge during their journey this year.
