KPMG has the installed of a state-of-the-art defibrillator on its Athol Street premises, thanks to the efforts of KPMG employees who took part in the Syd Quirk half marathon in 2023.
The running team raised enough funds for Craig’s Heart Strong Foundation to be able to purchase a new defibrillator, which is now situated on the front of the KPMG building.
The defibrillator installation comes as part of the firm’s ongoing efforts to contribute positively to the local community.
By providing access to this critical medical equipment, KPMG aims to enhance public safety and potentially save lives in emergency situations.
