Officers from the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture have recovered another unmarked lobster pot near Fort Island, Derbyhaven.
The department is reiterating the message that hobby potting and commercial potting are bound by regulations and must be licenced.
Licence holders are reminded that hobby pots must be marked clearly with surface markers, and the licence number of the vessel must be indelibly marked.
