Whitebridge Road in Onchan is closed after a crash at the bottom of the bridge.
The road is shut between Windermere Drive and the Creg-ny-Baa back road.
A Police post said: “Please avoid the area whilst emergency service deal with the incident.”
Buses are diverting via Royal Ave, Port Jack & Groudle and vice versa until further notice.
