A section of the Old Castletown Road is to close for over two weeks next month.
Manx Utilities is undertaking essential refurbishment works at the White Hoe Wastewater Pumping Station to support the continued reliability of wastewater facilities.
To enable the replacement of several manhole covers and associated infrastructure, a full road closure will be in place on Old Castletown Road from March 9 to 25.
Access to the White Hoe Industrial Estate will be maintained via Kewaigue Hill Road, while access to Douglas will be via Quarterbridge Roundabouts.
When the road was closed last week, this led to major delays for motorists and buses.
