Douglas South MHK Sarah Maltby was invited to Braddan School to meet with the School Council and answer their questions.
Maltby said: “It was an interesting meeting and it felt good to hear how passionate they were about their local community.”
Following the meeting, Maltby led a full school assembly where she was asked to share with the students the importance of ‘doing the right thing’.
As well as being kind and always understanding of everyone’s differing needs.
The MHK added: “I am always happy to make a visit to meet with young people and share ideas.”
