A care worker has appeared in court charged with sexual assault of a person in his care.
The man, who cannot be named due to laws giving anonymity to people accused of sexual offences, appeared before magistrates.
Magistrates said the case is too serious for the lower courts.
A bail application was refused and he will appear before the Court of General Gaol Delivery on a date to be set.
