The Manx Cat Café has announced it will close at the end of October, citing rising costs and a drop in footfall that have made the business no longer financially viable.
Owners of the Douglas based business, Zoe and Kev said they had been running the café seven days a week for more than five years alongside their full‑time jobs.
They felt it was now time to step back and “make some time for ourselves”.
They thanked customers and supporters for their backing over the years, saying the café had brought them close friends and introduced them to “wonderful people from all over the world”.
