Manx Financial Group has started merging three of its UK finance businesses into a single operation under the new market‑facing brand Triskel Finance.
The move brings together The Business Lending Exchange, Manx Collections and Blue Star Business Solutions, all owned by Manx Ventures Limited.
The Group says the restructuring will streamline operations by reducing duplicated roles and overheads while sharpening revenue focus.
Profit before tax for Triskel Finance is projected to rise to £1.1 million in 2028, up from £0.1 million in 2025, with the merger expected to contribute an additional £1 million to earnings growth.
Chief executive Douglas Grant said: “This project is another example of Manx Ventures improving profitability as well as creating embedded future value for the Group and its shareholders.”
