Commonwealth Games medal hero David Mullarkey is hoping to strike more glory this evening at the European Athletics Championships.
After picking up a bronze while wearing the Isle of Man colours at the 10,000 metres in Glasgow, he is now racing the same distance as a representative of Great Britain at the European Athletics Championships, being held at Birmingham’s Alexander Stadium.
The race is scheduled to get underway at 8.25pm today (Saturday).
