MHK Wants Ongoing Costs of DoI’s Shed

The Department of Infrastructure will face a series of questions regarding the Isle of Man Ferry Terminal in Liverpool in Tynwald this week.

Douglas Central MHK Chris Thomas will ask DoI Minister Dr Michelle Haywood questions relating to costs, management and reports on the ferry terminal.

In his first set of questions, Mr Thomas wants to know the annual cost of the Ferry Terminal, how this is financed, and what changes the Minister expects in these costs and their financing in the next three years.

Management

Regarding management, Mr Thomas wishes to know what body provides political oversight of the Isle of Man Ferry Terminal in Liverpool.

And if the Minister will publish its chair, membership and terms of reference and when the Isle of Man Ferry Terminal Strategic Board last met.

He will also ask the Minister when Government last received a Turner and Townsend Project Manager Report, and an Aecom Cost Report on the Isle of Man Ferry Terminal in Liverpool project, and if she will make a statement.
