A small team of from the Manx Wildlife Trust went to represent the Isle of Man at the 2024 Inter-Island Environment Meeting (IIEM) in Jersey.
The Wildlife Trust presented on topics ranging from its wider conservation strategy, its community and #TeamWilder work, and the role of programs such the Biosphere Artist in Residency in helping deliver strategy.
MWT say “it was great to learn and share with other islands that hold some of the same challenges we do, build connections, inspire and share knowledge from each other”.
Next year, for the 25th year of the IIEM gatherings the Isle of Man will be hosting the conference.
