Douglas’ Next store will remain open after Kelproperties (IOM) Ltd confirmed it has reached agreed terms with NEXT Plc, subject to contract, securing the retailer’s future on Strand Street.
Kelproperties said the deal follows “considerable hard work and constructive engagement on all sides”, with both parties focused on achieving the best outcome for the town centre.
The agreement means the long‑running Strand Street store is now expected to continue trading once final legal formalities are completed.
A spokesperson for Kelproperties said they look forward to seeing Next continue to trade from Strand Street.
