Isle of Man FA Junior League chairman Nick Cowell had quite the Saturday which included stepping up to be fourth official at an EFL game.
After issues for the officials on duty Nick stepped up to serve as Fourth Official during the League Two game between Fleetwood Town and Swindon Town.
As if that wasn’t enough. he’d already watched the FA Academy side beat Fleetwood’s academy side 6-5, he then went on to pocket a pretty packet by having backed the Grand National winner too.
The IOMFA said: “Our Isle of Man FA Junior League Chairman Nick Cowell having a memorable Saturday!
“Along with doing a top job as the Chair of our islands ever growing junior football league, Nick puts a huge amount of effort into coaching in our Isle of Man FA Academy too.
“He’s always coached at his club Laxey AFC for years but more recently he also started his refereeing journey. As you can see he puts alot of time into making football on the Isle of Man the best it can be and deserves great little days like today for himself… well done Nick. Enjoy it”
