For the third day in a row we enjoyed excellent conditions for the No Rest for the Wicked series.
Last night, it was the 10k road race in Ramsey, organised by Northern AC, and a bumper field of more than 130 runners toed the start line.
Corrin Leeming already had a substantial lead at that early stage, which had stretched much further by Bowring Road on lap 2.
He passed the 5k point in exactly 16 minutes.

It was good to see Charlie Swales back in local action and he came through the 5k point in a clear second place ahead of James Read who has run well in all the races so far.
A little further back a group comprising Orran Smith, Oliver Chambers and Ayrton Withington were contesting fourth place.
Next it was Joel Smith and Joey Bond, with Richard Shipway ninth and Phil Knox tenth.
Leading the women’s race is Nikki Arthur in her first race of the week, with Kirsty Barber second and Becky Watterson third. Maddie McMullan is fourth.
Conditions were good for running, though warm and quite humid – as it seems to be for this race every year!
