A Douglas man has been found not guilty of causing the death by dangerous driving of Onchan man Jordan Thomas.
Jackson Joseph Paul, 37, was acquitted by a jury of seven today, following a seven-day trial in Douglas.
He had denied causing the death by dangerous driving of Onchan resident Jordan Thomas (pictured).
Thomas died on March 4, 2024, after an incident in Harbour Road, Onchan, that occurred on February 25 that year.
Paul was also cleared of a charge of causing death by careless driving.
