An application has been made to build two two-storey buildings on the Nunnery Estate.
If approved, the units would be built in two new buildings with a car park, pond, drainage and paving to new footpaths and a courtyard.
Of the two, Block A is the larger of the buildings and includes lettable office space with shared entrance lobby, lift, stairwell, disabled wc, shower room, 2no. tea stations, male and female toilets.
Block B is the smaller of the two buildings and the proposed accommodation includes lettable office space with shared entrance lobby, stairwell, disabled wc.
