Petitioners, those who claim to be ‘Manx as the hills’ and politicians will gather in St Johns today for Tynwald Day.
The formal ceremony will start at 10am at this ancient open air site of Tynwald.
After the formal ceremony there will be entertainment across St. John’s to celebrate the island’s National Day until the close with the pipers and a fire performance at 10pm.
