A planning application has been submitted to develop a vacant plot in Peel, with plans outlining the creation of two dwellings on the derelict site.
The application says on‑site parking cannot be provided because visibility at nearby junctions is too limited to allow safe access.
It also states that the traditional sandstone already on the site would be reused so the new houses blend with the character of the surrounding area.
