Strand Street looks set to gain a new dental surgery, with plans submitted for its signage.
The application, from PandA Ltd, is for 24 Strand Street, which was formerly the home of Charles Alexander.
A second application outlines the intended use as a dental surgery, formally converting the building from a shop.
The plans reveal the surgery will be called Strand Street Dental Care and have four treatment rooms across three upper floors.
Plans also include a proposal to install solar panels to the roof facing into the street.
