The Isle of Man Constabulary is urging anyone with photographs or video of yesterday’s incident in Ramsey during the TT practice to upload them to assist the enquiry.
A single competitor and several spectators were involved in the incident during the TT practice session, and officers have now established a secure online portal for anyone who may have captured relevant material.
Footage can be submitted directly via the police Major Incident Public Portal.
Police said their thoughts are with all those involved and their families as the investigation continues.
