On Saturday (June 1) afternoon, Port St Mary lifeboat was launched to a yacht in difficulty.
Boat and crew headed off to locate the boat and it was decided that a tow was necessary.
Port St Mary lifeboat says that, ‘As always, we are here if you need us. Always have a means to communicate with the coastguard and be safe’.
Nobody was injured during the incident.
