Cornerstone Architects is holding a public consultation into the proposed development of Ballachrink, adjacent to Sulby Riverside in Ramsey.
Cornerstone Architects says: “We are delighted to introduce a refined scheme which addresses some of the concerns raised in the original application.
“The site is zoned for development and the applicant has recently appointed us as local agents to manage the planning application process for the future of the land.”
If you are interested in learning more about the proposals for the development of the site including the proposals for retention of the salt marsh and improved biodiversity of the residual open space drop into its sessions.
Consultation
The consultation will take place at Cornerstone Architects offices on 79 Parliament Street, Ramsey where it will be hosting open discussions from June 3 – 6 with morning sessions from 10am to 12 noon and afternoon sessions from 2pm to 4pm.
The Architects look forward to the opportunity of an open transparent dialogue to ‘correct the many inaccuracies in the recent public action groups statements and agenda’.
This is the initial process to ensure those with time off during TT can attend the consultation.
This will be extended to include an evening and into the following weekend depending on interest and as an open policy during the planning process.
With the architects being locally based it stresses it can answer queries directly.
