Now last nights (July 5) rain was not a vibe, but thankfully the rest of the weekend is very much looking like one may be able to pack their wellies away for a few days.
Once the rain clears up this morning (July 6), the rest of the day will consist of sunny intervals and only isolated showers – if it rains, I’d recommend getting crocs out. Less sweaty, more comfort and obviously, more stylish.
The wind will be a light to moderate northwest backing westerly, and temperatures up to 16°C (no one wants to have feet sweating as much as Rishi Sunak on election night).
Still no Wellies?
A similar day tomorrow (July 7); sunny spells with a risk of an odd shower (again, get the crocs out), light winds and temperatures up to 16°C.
Now look, I don’t want to jinx things – this weather is about as predictable as the Manx Government (they seem to do the opposite of what they tell us they’re going to do).
But, Monday (July 8) is looking pretty darn fine. Top temperatures of 18°C and a nice risk of sunburn.
The forecast is as follows: Dry with sunny and clear spells.
Wind will be a variable 5-10mph, settling east 10-15 later on. Plus!!!! THERE IS NO RAINFALL PREDICTED!!! FINA-F******-LLY
Outlook
Tuesday (July 9) is giving me zero hope of summer pending, but I think I’ve found my favourite line in any weather forecast, ever.
Which is as follows: Dry at first, then outbreaks of rain developing (timing uncertain).
It’s the ‘timing uncertain’, which I think translates to ‘God only knows’.
The amount of rain, which also I would suggest is up for discussion, is currently predicted to be 0.5-5mm!
Anyway, enjoy the sun whilst it lasts is all I have to say.
