The Queens Pier Restoration Trust volunteers are in need of some heras fencing panels after the current ones, that have been in place for six years, were damaged in the storms.
The group said: “After over 6 years of use and being battered by the storms our main fencing on the front of the Pier compound has reached its end of life.”
The group are looking to source and buy standard Heras fencing panels, these can be secondhand but must be in good condition.
It requires ten panels with twenty clamps.
If you know of any building firms or suppliers that can help please contact Graham on 355104.
Queens Pier Restoration Trust
This wonderful community project is hoping to restore the once beautiful pier and is being done by volunteers and funded by donations.
The trust has had collection tins in local shops and managed to raise a brilliant £593.80 in only three and a half hours.

The volunteers took to social media and said: “In this ever changing world of a cashless society this shows us how important cash is to all charities”.
It has thanked everyone for their support and and very grateful for every penny that is put into one of its collection tins.
