Local businesses are being invited to apply for exhibitor space at The Big Manx Feast, the rebranded food and drink festival.
The two day event will take place at Noble’s Park on September 19 and 20.
The Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture cancelled the Food and Drink Festival in 2024, a decision that drew disappointment and criticism from many in the hospitality sector.
At the time, the department said that “whilst this news will disappoint some”, the budget would be redirected into new initiatives to support local producers.
Refreshed Festival
The Big Manx Feast aims to deliver that refreshed approach, offering a platform for Manx food and drink producers, caterers, food trucks, hospitality businesses and artisan makers.
Exhibitors can apply for a range of pitch options, including food truck spaces, market‑style marquees and areas for producers and retailers. Infrastructure such as power, water, waste facilities and seating will be provided.
Organisers say they are seeking businesses that can help deliver a high‑quality and diverse festival, with exhibitors encouraged to highlight Manx produce or launch new products and collaborations.
Ollie Neale, Board Member for Business Isle of Man and Managing Director at Okell’s Brewery, said the event is shaping up to be “a fantastic celebration of the very best of Manx food and drink”, offering opportunities for both new and established businesses to connect with customers.
Applications must be submitted via www.bigmanxfeast.im by Sunday, July 26.
