A report into Private Patient Services at Noble’s Hospital will not be published until at least January 2026, the Minister for Health and Social Care has confirmed.
The information was revealed in response to a written Tynwald question from Onchan MHK Ms Edge, who asked for the publication of all relevant reports and business cases since 2016.
In her answer, Claire Christian said that her department had been made aware of a recent review.
“The department has been made aware in response to this question that a report has been commissioned by Manx Care into the Private Patient Services, which was carried out in August 2025 by an independent consultancy company called the Housden Group,” she said.
Ms Christian added, “The report was submitted to Manx Care in September 2025 and cannot be published until review and ratification by the Manx Care Board in January 2026.”
