A planning application has been submitted for a redevelopment of The Haven in Port Erin, proposing a change of use from a former pub to a Subway store.
The plans outline a retail unit incorporating a Subway franchise, a hot‑food deli serve‑over counter, and internal customer seating.
The application also includes a series of external alterations, including moving the main pedestrian entrance to the centre of the building’s front elevation and replacing or modifying several window openings.
The proposals state the works would “improve the external appearance” of the building as part of the conversion.
