Event riders from the Isle of Man took a trip to Cheshire at the weekend to compete at Bradwall Horse Trials.
Freya Cullen and Sue Kirkpatrick competed in the BE90 section at the event.
Sue rode her own Tradhearg Cool Joules and finished third on a score of 26.8 after jumping double clear and finishing cross country within the optimum time.
Cullen was riding RMS Thunderbantos and scored 31 in the dressage, had one pole down showjumping, and picked up 20 penalties cross country to finish in 31st place.
Bradwall Horse Trials
In the BE100, Jess Collister and Issy Ennett flew the Manx flag.
Jess and her own Roosevelt finished in 20th place having added eight penalties to their dressage score of 35.8.

Issy was competing in the BE100Ou18 section on Ballyvadd Sarco, the pair finished on a score of 38.8 having added four faults to their dressage score of 34.8 to finish in 21st.
Manx Eventers
Yasmin Ingham and Jack Kinrade both competed in the Novice class at the event.
Ingham rode Janette Chinn and the Sue Davies Fund’s six-year-old Joli Coeur Menjoulet.
This was Joli’s first go at stepping up to the Novice level and scored a 27 in the dressage, they had one pole showjumping and 20 penalties cross country, along with 29.2 time penalties.
Jurby based Jack Kinrade and GH Pogo finished in 23rd place.
The pair added four penalties to their dressage score of 30, and picked up 22.8 time penalties on the cross country.
