Plans have been submitted to replace the leaky roof at Government House.
The house, in Onchan, is the residence of the Lieutenant Governor.
As part of the application a report from Polyroof Products Ltd says: “Due to the existing leaks it is recommended that the existing build-up be fully stripped back to the timber deck.”
The application says a number of windows and doors will also be replaced.
