The Tevir Group’s new development underway in Villiers Square will see a Travelodge open on the island.
An 80-bed hotel is planned for the multi-function site which is due to get underway soon.
The hotel will also have a restaurant and 85 Bar Cafe, with the company saying it will create 27 new jobs.
Construction is expected to begin in early 2025, with handover of the hotel expected in 2026, with Travelodge agreeing a 30-year lease term with developer Tevir Group.
Excellent Addition
