The salaries of medical or executive medical directors cannot be shared with Tynwald due to GDPR rules.
Health Minister Claire Christian was asked for the figures by Onchan MHK Julie Edge going back to 2019.
However, Ms Christian said that Manx Care wouldn’t be releasing it to members.
She said: ‘Unfortunately, Manx Care is unable to share the requested information as it contains personal data that they are not permitted to disclose without a lawful basis under GDPR.
“This regulation ensures that personal data is protected and only shared when it is legally appropriate to do so.”
