It’s second against fifth this weekend as Vagabonds Ladies look to continue their decent league form in the Women’s NC 2 North (South).
The team’s last game on November 2 saw them brush Bury aside in a comprehensive 70-0 win.
Despite the fun reality that is a 5am start for Manx sides heading across, the Vagas team go into the game looking to cut the gap to leaders Willington Park Ladies, which is just three points.
Vagas said: “We’ve been hard at work this week, focusing on scrums, line outs, and some exciting new plays.
“With a full squad of 18 traveling, including Lois Mooney back from injury in the front row, Holly Shea back at 9, after an epic performance last time in this position and super speedy Sandi Dawson starting at 11, the team is prepped and ready to bring the heat!”
Their opponents Littleborough also played Bury in their last game, winning 46-31, but that was way back in October.
