Tonight’s 7:45pm sailing to Heysham will now leave at 7pm.
Passengers are asked to check-in no later than 6:15pm.
The return 2:15am sailing is now due to leave Heysham at 12:45am, with passengers asked to check in at the Lancashire port by 12:05am.
However, the Steam Packet is warning that a final decision on whether the sailings go at all will be made by 5pm.
It is the first in a stretch of sailings that face disruption as Storm Bert heads towards the British Isles which will bring with it weather that could continue to cause problems into next week.
