Views Sought on Mental Health Services

Manx Care has launched a new set of Mental Health Service User Feedback Questionnaires.

The questionnaires, tailored to specific Mental Health service areas, will run alongside the Friends and Family Test, offering more detailed insight while still capturing an overall measure of patient experience.

Manx Care says the combined approach will strengthen understanding of what people value and where improvements are needed.

Ross Bailey, Head of Mental Health, said the new tools will help the organisation “hear more clearly about what is working well and where we can do better”, adding that feedback will directly shape how services develop.

The questionnaires are voluntary, easy to complete and designed to give people space to share what matters most to them.

Responses will be collected securely, with confidentiality protected. Manx Care also plans to publish updates showing how people’s views lead to change.

The new Mental Health Service User Feedback Questionnaires are available from today via the Manx Care website.
