Crews at Ronaldsway are continuing to try to clear the snow and ice from the main runway.
All flights to and from the island have been cancelled today due to the runway being blanketed in the wintry conditions.
Despite the best efforts of ground staff, the runway remains covered in a white sheet, with more hail and snow falling in the south of the island.
