Later this month the team who would like to reignite the Ramsey sailing scene will be offering the public the chance to hear its idea.
The Ellan Vannin Maritime Centre in Ramsey promises to be more than just a marina.
The private proposals hope to create a seven-hectare facility on the south beach in the northern town.
To learn more about the idea, Douglas Yacht Club are hosting the team for an evening on November 21 at 7pm.
Members of the club, friends and members of public are all welcome.
