After rain and gale force winds overnight, showers will continue to affect the island at first this morning.
Fortunately, those showers will become isolated leaving the rest of the day mostly dry with bright or sunny spells developing.
Starting quite windy with strong north or northwest winds, but these will ease slowly through the day.
