The Isle of Man women’s team demolished Welsh side NFA 9-0 at the Bowl on Friday night.
Goals from Rebecca Cole (2), Holly Stephen, Louise Gibbins, Ruby Palmer, Chloe Teare, Kiera Georgia, Morgan Milly Dawson and Erin Sells secured the win.
Before the game, Eleanor Gawne was presented with a framed print commemorating her 50th cap for the Isle of Man, which was at the Island Games in Guernsey last July.
FA President Tony Mepham and Vice-Chair Shaun Gritton, led the tributes to Eleanor before kick off.
Down Ramsey way, the Isle of Man Boys U18’s drew 3 – 3 with NFA Men’s U23’s.

2.30pm: vs Canada Life Women’s Team at Malew
6.45pm: vs ECAP Men’s Team at The Bowl
Meanwhile, FC Isle of Man is playing at Ballacloan in Ramsey, kick off 4pm.
