A planning application has been submitted to build nine houses and four flats in Ramsey.
The application, by Carol Randall, would see the homes built on the land adjacent to Thornhill Manor, Clifton Drive.
If approved the site would have six four-bedroomed houses, two two-bedroom four person affordable houses and one three-bedroom affordable house.
The plans also include designs for a three-bedroom apartments with semi-detached double garages.
