A yellow weather warning has been issued for heavy rain and localised flooding.
Forecasters at Ronaldsway Met Office said rain will become persistent and quite heavy later this evening and at first tonight, before clearing later in the night.
We could see up to 45mm of rain fall on the hills.
The warning will be in force from 8pm until 7am tomorrow (Friday).
