Manx TT rider, Michael ‘Miggy’ Evans has said he’s feeling ‘confident and excited’ in the run up to the 2024 Isle of Man TT Races.

Last week, Miggy was out in Northern Ireland at the North West 200 and feels ‘grateful and proud’ of what his ‘little team’ achieved.

At the Northern Irish road race he picked up two 7th places in the Supersport races, along with a 10th in the second Superbike race.

Manx.News caught up with Miggy who told us how he feels going into TT following the North West 200:

Miggy said: “I’m really glad I went to the North West 200, I had a great time and a it was an ideal opportunity to learn more about the bike before the TT.

“We’ve made a few changes to it over the winter, and again we made a few more changes throughout the week of the North West, which again, was just a great time to do so.”

He also told Manx.News about a little ‘blip’ that happened during one of the qualifying sessions:

He added that: “Even after a little slide off at University the team worked hard to get me back out the same day only missing 1 race.”
