As the Castletown Town Commissioners prepare to vacate its works yard, the authority will temporarily be using the Fire Station for its operations.
The yard is due to be sold to Bushy’s to allow the brewer to relocate and open up a new restaurant bar in the town.
Short-stay public parking, highlighted in green, will continue to be available beside the Fire Station.
However, the authority said: “If you require long-stay parking, please use the public highway or contact one of the local contract parking providers.
“In addition to the Fire Station, we are currently utilising the community hall.
“We anticipate that the community hall will be available for bookings again before the end of the year, and an announcement will be made when bookings are open.”
