Vaccine Dates For February & March

Manx Care’s Vaccination Service is offering clinics to those eligible to receive their seasonal flu and/or RSV vaccine over the next two months.

The Vaccination Service has moved to the former G.U.M Clinic based on the West Wing, Ground Floor of Noble’s Hospital.

Manx Care has the following sessions available for eligible people to receive their seasonal flu vaccination.

Vaccine Clinic Dates

Eligible people can book an appointment or attend one of the dates below as a walk-in session.

The seasonal flu clinics available are:

Tuesday, February 18Noble’s Vaccination Clinic (formerly GUM clinic), Ground Floor, West Wing, Noble’s Hospital, IM2 4RJ1pm – 3pm
Tuesday, February 25Noble’s Vaccination Clinic (formerly GUM clinic), Ground Floor, West Wing, Noble’s Hospital, IM2 4RJ10am – 12pm
Tuesday, March 4Noble’s Vaccination Clinic (formerly GUM clinic), Ground Floor, West Wing, Noble’s Hospital, IM2 4RJ10am – 12pm
Tuesday, March 11Noble’s Vaccination Clinic (formerly GUM clinic), Ground Floor, West Wing, Noble’s Hospital, IM2 4RJ10am – 12pm
Tuesday, March 18Noble’s Vaccination Clinic (formerly GUM clinic), Ground Floor, West Wing, Noble’s Hospital, IM2 4RJ10am – 12pm

The following groups are eligible for their seasonal flu vaccines:

  • Those aged 65 years and older, including those who turn 65 before March 31;
  • Residents in a care home for older adults;
  • Those aged six months to 64 years in a clinical risk group, including pregnant women (please see the Immunisation Green Book for further details);
  • Those aged 18 to 64 years who are household contacts of immunosuppressed individuals;
  • Those in receipt of carer’s allowance or main carer of an older adult or disabled person;
  • Household contacts of immunosuppressed people that are aged between 12 and 17 years of age can access their Seasonal Flu vaccination via the school health programme or GP surgery

The following groups are eligible for their RSV vaccine:

Older adults:

  • People aged 75 – 79 on or after September 1, 2024;
  • People remain eligible until the day before they turn 80;
  • If you turn 80 within the first year of the programme, you are eligible until August 31.

If you were born between:

  • September 1, 1975 – August 31, 1949 – you are eligible until the day before your 80th birthday;
  • September 2, 1944 – August 31, 1945 – you are eligible if you are 79 on September 1, 2024 and remain eligible until August 31.
