The Isle of Man Arts Council is bringing The Untold Orchestra and their acclaimed Icons concert series ass part of its 60th anniversary celebrations.
Held across a weekend in May, the concerts will feature the music of Amy Winehouse, Disney and the island’s very own the BeeGees.
The series kicks off on Thursday May 8, at the Erin Arts Centre, Port Erin, with a heartfelt tribute to the late, great Amy Winehouse. This event is for over 16s only.
On Friday May 9, there is an evening celebrating the magic of Disney at the Peel Centenary Centre with some of the most cherished songs from classic and modern Disney films.
BeeGees
Staying in the west the series concludes in spectacular fashion on Saturday May 10, at Peel Cathedral.
For this special occasion, the Isle of Man Arts Council has commissioned an orchestrated celebration of the legendary Bee Gees.
Featuring timeless hits such as Stayin’ Alive, How Deep Is Your Love, and Night Fever, this concert promises an evening of disco fever and nostalgia, honouring the incredible legacy of the Gibb brothers.
