The number of people out of work fell in February, dropping down to 313 from January’s near four year high figures.
The first month of 2025 saw 370 people registered as being out of work, which was the highest since September 2021.
Figures released by Statistic Isle of Man show that two thirds of those out of work are men, while medical and catering roles have the most vacancies.
However, despite the drop in people out of work, the number of job vacancies that remained at the Job centre in February 2025 was 716, which was up by 130 on the previous month.
The International Labour Organisation also shows a drop in its estimate, down from 815 to 758.
